CPVC 110mm Pipe Production Line Completed and Ready for Delivery

Our company recently completed the assembly and testing of a CPVC 110mm Pipe Production Line in our manufacturing facility. The line is designed for the stable production of hot-water and industrial-use CPVC pipes with an outer diameter of 110 mm.

The system includes a CPVC-optimized single-screw extruder, vacuum calibration tank, spray cooling system, haul-off unit, and planetary cutting machine. During trial operation, the line maintained consistent temperature control, uniform plasticization, and stable haul-off speed, ensuring accurate pipe dimensions and smooth surface quality.

Key technical points observed during testing:

• Uniform melt temperature across the extrusion section

• Stable pressure output suitable for CPVC formulations

• Reliable diameter control within standard tolerance

• Smooth cutting performance at continuous production speed

All test parameters met the required production standards, and the line is now prepared for shipment to the customer.

Our engineering team will continue to collect operational data from the field to support future optimization and provide technical assistance when commissioning the equipment on site.
