Plastic Shredder Machine For PE/PP Material Processing And Large Volume Waste Recycling

Before HDPE pipe extrusion lines can run smoothly to extrude pipes, operators must start the machinery and adjust all parameters throughout the process. During this procedure, significant amounts of wasted PE melt lumps are produced. These large, hard blocks cannot be processed by standard crushers and require specialized shredding equipment.

Our single shaft shredder features high rotation speeds and specially shaped knives. Operators feed the wasted melt lumps through the input port, and the resulting particles are discharged from the outlet.

We offer two configurations of single shaft shredders: sliding port shredders and upper port shredders. Both types share identical motor specifications and internal structures while providing different feeding options to suit various operational requirements.

• Pre-crushing of challenging materials including sacks, jumbo bags, tires, cable, and yarn that are difficult to process in standard granulators
• Pre-crushed materials significantly increase granulator capacity and extend equipment and blade lifespan
• Materials processed through rotating and fixed blades can be further crushed to desired sizes using granulators
• Advanced safety features including automatic stop, reverse direction operation, and alarm functions for material jamming, metal detection, and overload protection
